`GET /rules/{id}/versions` — the rule's saved versions, newest first.

GET/rules/{id}/versions

Newest first, 50 a page; follow next_cursor until it is null. Who saved each version is a person, by user id and current name, or an app installation. An app reading this gets ids and no names.

`GET /rules/{id}/runs` — a page of a rule's runs, newest first. GET

Pages hold 50 runs. Follow `next_cursor` until it is null. With `totals=true` the response also counts every kept run of the rule (about six months): total, succeeded and failed.
