`GET /rules/{id}/reads` — every table the rule's query reads.
GET
/rules/{id}/readsEach name is resolved as the rule's owner team resolves it when the rule
runs. A table is linked (table) only when you may open it; a table you
may not, a name that matches no table and one that matches several all read
as the name alone.
