Plans and billing
Plans, monthly limits, prepaid top-ups, payment methods and invoices.
Every Vigilfield plan is prepaid and hard-capped. Each plan includes a monthly volume. When you reach it, Vigilfield stops the work rather than billing you for more. To go further within a month, you buy prepaid top-up packs. There is no overage charge.
All features are available on every plan. Plans differ by included volume, support and SLA.
Billing is under Administration → Account & Billing. Only administrators can open it.
Plans
Prices are in US dollars. A yearly plan costs about 9% less than paying month to month. Every plan includes every feature — SSO, SCIM, customer-managed keys, the audit trail and a dedicated AWS account — so the plans differ only by volume and, on Enterprise, support.

Volumes are decimal GB. Enterprise volumes are the starting point; larger volumes and annual terms are agreed per contract. Your organization's actual limits can differ from this table when Rehashly has set custom limits for you.
The same catalog is available from List plans, which needs no authentication.
Changing your plan
Your plan is set by Rehashly. The Compare Plans card links to Contact Rehashly to change your plan. You cannot change your plan tier or your limits yourself, in the app or through the API: a request that tries is refused with 403.
What happens at a limit
Limits are tracked per month.
- Ingested. When the month's ingested volume reaches the limit, ingestion pauses. New data is not written until the next month or until you buy a top-up.
- Scanned. New queries are refused once the scanned limit is reached.
- Exported. New exports are refused once the exported limit is reached.
Prepaid top-ups
A top-up pack raises this month's limits. One pack costs $75 and adds:
- +100 GB ingested
- +500 GB scanned
- +12 GB exported
To buy packs:
- Open Account & Billing, tab Billing & Usage.
- In Prepaid Top-up, set the number of Packs. The card shows the total.
- Click Buy for $….
The card is charged when you buy. Packs apply to the current month only. The raised limits normally take effect within about a minute.
Limits on buying packs:
- Per plan. In one month, the packs you buy can add at most your plan's included ingested volume.
- Spend cap. If Rehashly has set a monthly top-up spend cap for your organization, the card shows Monthly cap and the amount remaining, and refuses a purchase that would go over it.
Through the API, see Top-up info and Buy top-up packs. Send an idempotency_key with each purchase, for example a new UUID per purchase. A retry with the same key never charges twice.
Payment methods
Click Manage Payment to open Payment Methods.
- Any administrator can see the saved cards (brand, last four digits and expiry).
- Only the organization owner can add a card (Add a card / Add another card), remove a card, or Set default. Top-up purchases are charged to the default card.
- Card details are entered in a Stripe form. They never pass through Vigilfield.
- The first card you add from the app becomes the default.
Invoices
Billing History lists your invoices, newest first, with the period, amount and status. View opens the invoice from Stripe. The same list is available from List invoices.
If the list cannot be loaded, the card says so. That does not mean you have no invoices; click Retry.
