`GET /billing/usage` — the organization's usage so far this month, per billable dimension, in bytes: ingested, scanned, exported, and stored. These are the numbers the usage limits are enforced against, so an admin can see why ingestion paused or a query was refused at a limit. Compare them with the limits from `GET /billing`. The counters start again from zero at `resets_at`, the first instant of the next UTC calendar month. Totals only: there is no per-day breakdown. Admins and the owner only.
